 Howard Sommers Towing, Inc. has operated with an exemplary record as an Official Police Garage (OPG) for the Los Angeles police department, serving the West Valley division since 1962. Additionally, we have also served the department as the Heavy Duty official police garage for Valley and West Bureus which encompass one half of the city of Los Angeles.
